With this offering, the property is deeded to an LLC and is legally divided by percentage of ownership.
Shared ownership of the property and its deed entitle shareholders to usage rights. This is NOT a timeshare, or fractional ownership. It affords much of the freedom and usage benefits offered in timeshare, however, the fundamental difference is that you own part of the title (as opposed to units of "time"). Therefore, if the property appreciates in value, then so does your investment.
As with whole ownership, partners can sell or exchange whenever they deem it necessary or prudent, and this too is outlined in detail in the agreement.
